OAuth::setCAPath — Set CA path and info
Sets the Certificate Authority (CA), both for path and info.
This function is currently not documented; only its argument list is available.
ca_pathThe CA Path being set.
ca_infoThe CA Info being set.
Returns true on success, or false if either ca_path
or ca_info are considered invalid.
